A chicken and black bean burrito w salsa Different flavored protein shakes Fish (Salmon?) Nonfat (strawberry?) Yogurt mixed w/ Vanilla protein powder Nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, etc) Gourmet Chicken/Turkey (lowfat) sausages from your favorite deli (or Trader Joes, Whole Foods)
