Day 9

I'm super bored with the food I'm eating!

Food Intake:
A spinach bolani
1 cup of blueberries
2 protein shakes
Bean salad
A bowl of Quinoa and mixed veggies
Spinach Turkey rolls

  1. Getting bored? Well it's Day 9 and you're about 1/3 finished with the program. Hang in there! And shit man, mix it up? Some ideas:

    A chicken and black bean burrito w salsa
    Different flavored protein shakes
    Fish (Salmon?)
    Nonfat (strawberry?) Yogurt mixed w/ Vanilla protein powder
    Nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, etc)
    Gourmet Chicken/Turkey (lowfat) sausages from your favorite deli (or Trader Joes, Whole Foods)
